Fees and Insurance:

Assessment (required at first appointment).............. $150.00

Individual Therapy.....................$100.00 per 50 minute session

Play Therapy...........................$100.00 per 50 minute session

Family/Couples Therapy................ $130.00 per 50 minute session

No-Show/ Failure to Cancel Fee..........................$65.00      

Ashley Mills is on the current insurance panels:

• NC Medicaid (at this time no copay is required)
• NC Medicare (at this time no copay is required)
• NC Health Choice (at this time no copay is required)
• NC Blue Cross Blue Shield

 What if your insurance provider is not listed? 

• Check to see if your insurance has open enrollment or allows clients to access out of network providers, you will be provided with a billing statement so that you can file for reimbursement from your insurance company.

OR

If you would prefer to pay out of pocket Ashley Mills will base fees on a sliding scale depending on your income.  We can discuss what this would be over the phone prior to your first appointment.
